Sorry for asking so many questions lately, this should be my last one.

Okay so right now I am on 3.1.3 jailbroken. I am on cydia and for some reason it says I have blobs for 4.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.2 and 4.1 but no 3.1.3. I am assuming that anything lower than 4.0 does not have blobs. That is weird because my phone has never gone past 3.1.3 firmware. What I want to know is that if I go to 4.1 will I be able to downgrade to 3.1.3? I want to test out 4.1 and if it is slow I am going to stay on 3.1.3, but I am scared that if I do upgrade I can't downgrade because I do not see any 3.1.3 blobs.

if you go to 4.1 you can downgrade to 3.1.3 without any problems. With me, i never had to do anything just restore to the old firmware and kick it outa recovery mode (RecBoot on mac).

I'm Not sure, but i dont think that the blobs apply on the 3G.

TBH, stock 4.1 (not JB'd) is like 3.1.3 on the 3g. Its fast(er). But once you JB it, it gets slower. Not as slow as before, but Def. Noticable.

But, the new speed in 4.1 JB'd even though i say its slower, it doesnt make it unsuable because if it bothered me, i would be back on 3.1.3 ( like i did before on 4.0 )

So 4.1 is better and faster than 3.1.3?
