iPhone 3.0 SDK question

    For me this is no poblem because im now a registered developer. But my best friend has a free licese and want to know if he can have the 3.0 SDK and the 3.0 iPhone OS, which is in beta. I was unable to answer that question. Someone help me?

    You agreed to an NDA when you downloaded the SDK/OS. If you breach this contract, Apple has every right to revoke your privileges to use the SDK/OS. Also, Apple can bring you to court to claim damages. They probably will win, as it is an easy case to win. At the very least, you would have to reimburse them the cost of the developer program your friend would have paid Apple plus the cost of Apple's legal team.
