shevshenko - did you do the unlock/jailbreak with a sim inserted? I had a similar problem with my 16 GB 2nd Gen....removing the sim before the jailbreak was the trick. I would do a stock firmware restore then try it again...

What program (and version) are you using?

I would do a factory restore to 2.2.1 and start over again.

Since this is a 2G you don't need to downgrade and it will not help. Plug your phone into iTunes and click restore; this will delete all your info and wipe any crap that might be on your iPhone.

Make sure you are using the latest QuickPwn (2.2.5-2). Also, make sure you did not update iTunes to 8.2 otherwise the JB will not work.

Alright I will try that and I'm positive I didn't upgrade Itunes unless it is necessary and life changing

Shevshenko - I did my restore by downloading the firmware and shift-restore within itunes.

Once that's done, removed the sim from the phone and proceeded with quickpwn 2.25. You have the bootloaders? selecting unlock during the process?

Are you sure the Sim card is working in another phone?
