    iPhoDroid 1SHOT was just released to the public to day all we have to do is plug in the iPhone and put it in recovery and click go. It is all with usb and no ssh!!!

    Does this only work on iPhones or does it also work on iPod touch?

    I'm trying to figure that out right now. My guess is it has to be an old bootrom device, I could be wrong.

    Well older versions were iphone 2g and iphone 3g

    What about 2G iPods?

    There's never been any full version for openiboot for ipod touch 2g's

    I did a little research, looks like it bricks iPods. So I wouldn't try it.
