iPad's Homescreen Flips with Accelerometer?

    Just noticed this while watching the Grammy's. Colbert whips out his sleek new iPad (envy!) and I noticed that the homescreen flipped when he went from horizontal to vertical.

    The video shows this, at around :15. Also, he holds it sideways as he "reads" the nominees. Could he have been looking at the homescreen?

    That's pretty cool. It wouldn't quite work on the iPod touch or iPhone screens lol.

    Why would you want it on the small iPhone/iPod? It wouldn't work very well.
