I have a Wifi iPad and for some reason now when I try to load the internet it says I have no connection. It is connected to my router, I can connect to my iPad via netatalk through Finder fine. Any ideas why? I wasn't doing anything unusual with it before hand.

I tried going into the wifi settings and using a custom ip address (static) but that doesn't work. What should the subnet mask be?? 255.255.0.0 or 255.255.255.0 ??

I have the same problem with my router.

Anything that uses it (computers, iDevices, laptops) must use a Static IP.

The Subnet mask should be 255.255.255.0
Check with your computer for more information to plug in.

In Windows, open Command Prompt and run "ipconfig"
For OS X, open Terminal and run "ifconfig"
