So we all know that ALL Developers can now get a taste of the action of the new iOS4 (for MAC users only. If only us Windows users was much more fortunate of getting iTunes 9.2 Beta).

So all of us iPod Touch 2G users and iPhone 3G will be missing out on the cool Multi-tasking and some other hefty features. Having said that, will us jailbreakers finally be able to get all them features via SSH?

I do feel sorry for the 1st generation iPod Touch and 1st generation iPhone being excluded from iOS4. They are missing out on alot.

Enabling homescreen wallpapers and multitasking is as simple as editing the N82AP.plist

The home-screen wallpapers are already added into the features in the GM according to other people.

Regarding the 1st Generation users, it's time for an upgrade. Honestly, it's old hardware your running off at the moment. The new apps and games will run slower on those older devices, if they run at all. So, if I were you I'd ditch and upgrade.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone makes a Cydia package to edit that.

I can't wait either, I thought they would release the finail iOS4 at WWDC, but they didn't. I suppose it was the same process to the OS2 and OS3. Just be certain us iPod Touch 2G users CAN edit the .plist and enable MULTI-TASKING!!!
