Actually, since the iOS4 jailbreak, my iPod Touch always gets stuck on the apple logo booting up. It's starting to piss me off. I don't want to restore every time I turn off my iPod. RecBoot doesn't work.

RecBoot uses iRecovery. Will try it standalone.
EDIT: Tried it, I had to reinstall LibUSB. It wouldn't recognize my iPod at first, but I got it working.

If that doesn't work, try a rejailbreak.

I did. Twice. But I get RecBoot and iRecovery to work,so I'm good. Mostly.

By mostly means I can't turn off my iPod without resorting to RecBoot.
