Is it possible to download the iOS 4.2 betas and shift-click (option-click for macs) upgrade it with no UDID registration needed? I know it works on iPads but would it work on my iPod touch?

If not, is there some kind Apple developer willing to regisster my UDID?

Wouldn't you have to be on iTunes 10.1?

GP doesn't jailbreak 4.2 betas. And if he wants to install without UDID, then shift-update(NOT restore) should work fine.

    What's the difference between shift+restore and shift+update?
