I just upgraded and jailbroke to 4.1.

I know that 4.2 is coming up soon. Is there any reason to upgrade to 4.2 other then AirPlay or Printing ability? Are there any other features that would make anyone want to upgrade and rejailbreak to 4.2?

Are there any performance increases? Or is it just Airplay and Printing?

What would be the main reason for anyone to upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2?

Any opinions would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

The only feature I would use is Safari search. I'd rather have an untethered jb than that.

I can see the search in Safari being useful, but i use other browsers for my ipod and ipad. I'm sure they can allays make that search function option available via jailbreak too I'm sure. And its not that big of a deal really, lot of work restoring and jailbreaking just to get a safari search function.

I use other apps to stream, like AirVideo. Printing i could care less on.

Any other reasons to update to 4.2?

I'm upgrading to iOS 4.2 regardless. Yes, I'll lose jailbreak, but frankly I don't really care.

The only thing I am remotely interested in is the youtube add-ons, but I am going to keep me iPod on iOS 4.1 for good. Future software will not support it and it is already getting cut off, so I am iOS 4.1 for life.

Search function is available even without a jailbreak.
