VoiceOver is already available on the iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3G, and iPhone 4 since iOS 3.
I don't think so, I never seen anything about it.
Well I do. It was a feature released with the 3G if you re-watch the keynote. The feature was transferred over to the 3G iPod (requires headset), and iPhone 4.
VoiceOver has been on iPhones and iPod touches for some time already.
Yeah you just have to turn it on.
No, it's on by default.
