    Fake. You spoofed the Firmware by editing the SystemVersion.plist and just added the wallpaper and the dock with winterboard.

    Fake. he spoofed the firmware using SystemVersion.plist, using that i have even ran OSX 10.6 if u didn't know yet. even 2G 3.1.2 looks more of 4.x. show a video of folders on 4.x if u can. this firmware spoof is really old trick!

    If you post a video showing how you did it, we might believe you more. I'm not saying it's fake, but that video is very little proof.

    Question for you guys 42 seconds in the video hes in Settings > General, and it has multitasking and wallpaper in it. How did he fake that? Switching to another ipod/ophone?

    you can add that into the General.plist file in Prefrences.app in /Applications

    Speaking of which just checked my iPod Touch 2g on IOS 4 and it doesnt even show that up in general just wallpapers in first part of settings. Probably fake.
