I installed the IS yesterday. Back when on great. Front went on great, but in certain parts of the screen, especially when the screen is showing white, you can see a bunch of little specs.. its not dust, I know that, but I not sure what caused it. I squeegeed the water out.. there is one area of the screen that is very clear.. so I am wondering if I may be had too much water or something.... its not horrible, but me being the perfectionist it bugs me. Anyone else have this problem. Maybe I can snap a picture later..

I'm guessing if you look really close those specs are actually rainbow colored? If so let it dry completely, It takes about 3 to 5 days depending on how much solution you used.

Yes! That is exactly what it looks like... But my gut is telling me they won't go away. I sure hope you are right tho!

I have the rainbow colored streaks as well. I installed mine on Saturday and I still see them, I do think they are going away, I'm going to give it some more time.

I hope they do go away. It takes away from the retina display in my opinion. Crossing fingers!

I will try. I tried to take a shot using my Blackberry Storm 2, but I could not get the rainbow speckles to show up. I think I may be right, they may not go away. I googled the issue and some posts indicate they do not go away.. but some indicate most will. So, I will give it some time. Luckily I have a IS front just sitting here as an extra but I want to give this more time. Plus, I don't want to remove the one now, and have the new one look worse. As much as I love the IS (when it's on perfect!) it's a pain to put on, if you are a perfectionist!!
