Invalid SIM - Raisoo Peel T4

    Hi,

    I recently got the Raisoo Peel T4 for iPod touch 4. I removed the SIM PIN and everything seems to work fine for some time. After a day or two I start getting Invalid SIM again.

    The workaround I use is to insert my SIM in another phone and disable the SIM PIN (Which is already done everytime).

    I also see the service provider range available when the SIM is Invalid.

    Kindly let me know if you have any suggestions for fixing the problem.

    Invalid SIM

    I've tried both the slots and I see the same issue. After 1-2 days I start getting Invalid SIM message.

    Try removing the calling app, remove the cydia source you have for that app, and use this source: http://apt.raisoo.com/

    Invalid SIM

    Thx for the suggestion of using SIM2 slot. I'm using SIM2 slot and monitoring it. It is been 4 days I've not got any Invalid SIM message.

    Invalid SIM - SMS not working

    Hi,

    I'm using the SIM 2 slot and the phone seems to work fine for a week before I receive Invalid SIM message.
    Also the SMS is not working with SIM 2 slot. Even though I receive a message for new SMS when I click on Read nothing is displayed.

    Kindly look into the above problem and let me know your inputs.

    Also, maybe [MENTION=169931]tinyman392[/MENTION] can chime in... After all, he has a Roisoo Peel T4.

    I have a feeling that your SIM chip is corrupt (broken). Contact your provider asking for a new SIM. It is normally a free replacement. If they threaten to charge you 20 for it, threaten to leave to another provider. Then test with a new SIM.
