I've got an iPod Touch jailbroken, and loaded with apps. I've also installed the original apps on the iPhone onto my iPod. I was just messing around with my iPod Touch and I noticed a small thing.

When you double tap, it normally should bring up a little screen to control the music that is playing, right? Well when I do this inside the actual ipod app ie I'm looking at an album cover, but not in coverflow. I double tap and I get the iPhone dailer....

You can dail numbers, lookup contacts and see your recent call list. Ofcourse none of it does anything, that I can see anyway.

Is this happening to anyone else? How can I fix it? Can you actually modify what happenes when you double tap?

Heh, you want this fixed? I'd say thats pretty awesome. i know they left over alot of code from the iPhone, but thats kinda silly... Try to look into it, see what ways we can hack the home button
