I don't know of an "insurance", but Apple does have MobileMe, it's a yearly subscription, and I believe it helps you track your iPhone if it's lost/stolen, and you can also remotely wipe the phone so that it becomes useless to the person who found/stole it.

I think state farm and all state will cover the iPhone 4.

    Depends on the insurance...

Apple has AppleCare, which covers your phone for 2 years after initial purchase of AppleCare (covers damages to phone, free phone support). I'd wait for after think 30 after you bought it to do this though, since you get a certain amount of this free.

If you want insurance in case you loose it, MobileME has the phone tracking and the remote passcode/phone wipe. Really depends on what you define as "insurance"

Don't buy AppleCare cause it's a scam! They will always make excuses as to why they won't repair or replace your apple product even though you bought the AppleCare for it...

Get squaretrade insurance instead, much cheaper too
