So have a iPod Touch 3G 8GB and I noticed that there is an app on Cydia called USB Drive and so I really want a Mac but I dont have the money at the time (Hoping to get one later this year) and so ive seen alot of people Hackintoshing Dell Mini 10V's (which i have) and what sucks is it doesnt have a Disk Drive and im too lazy to buy one and so I was going to use my iPod Touch which has just enough space to use as a USB Drive to install Snow Leopard and I got all of the files and I put the Snow Leopard Install File onto my iPod and tried to boot from USB and some times it would say BOOTMGR (boot manager) is missing and any other time it would just boot my OS (windows 7). So if anyone can help me can you please give me details if this is possible or not because i really want Snow Leopard but I dont have enough money to buy another flash drive.

go out and buy an 8gb memory stick, I don't think you want to use your iPod as a boot disk

Buy a USB Drive, or use an external hard-drive.

I did the latter; worked great.
