Ok, so first of all, I just want to say I am not pirating apps- I am having trouble syncing two applications I bought from iTunes on my computer. Every time I press sync, it doesn't work. Let me say again, I am NOT pirating apps, but having trouble syncing my iPod to my comp.

Is you iTunes account authorized on your iPod and in iTunes?

And why aren't you on 3.1.2?

I'm not on 3.0 because I've been too lazy to try and back up all my Cydia stuff...And I actually de-authorized all devices associated with this computer, so that may be the problem.

It looks like de-authorize all only affects computers.
