Go into Cydia, More packaged sources, Add SOSiPhone, search for installer.

    Install installer......

i hope im not doing something wrong here is what i did

    open cydia
    tapped manage (on the bottom)
    tapped edit
    tapped add
    typed http://cydia.sosiphone.com

then an error message came up:

    "Did not find repository
the indicated repository could not be found. this could be because you are trying to add a legacy installer repository (these are not supported). also this interface is only capable of working with exact repository URLs. if you host a repository and are having issues please contact the author of cydia with any questions you have

Just try to add SOSiphone under more packaged sources in the front screen on Cydia. See if that makes a difference.
