My iPhone's wifi has inexplicably stopped working. As it is also disconnected from any phone network, I have zero internet access from my device. I'm looking for a way to install apps on it, through my computer. I've tried installerapp, but it tells me that in order to use it, I have to install "installerapp support", through Cydia, from my device. As wifi isn't working on my phone, I can't do this. Is there any way for me to install apps on my device?

Not with Cydia, and I don't know how well Cyder works these days. If you installed MobileTerminal and can download the .DEB packages for your desired programs, use the DPKG -I command in Terminal to install software manually. If the softwae has to be purchased via Appsidy or the Cydia Store... you need Cydia working.
