    For those who has no wifi access

    You'll need:
    1. Something to access your ipod's files with. (ibrickr, iphonebrowser, touchexplorer, whatever)
    2. Firefox + User Agent Switcher (for those sources redirect non-Installer browsers elsewhere)
    3. Preferably have Squid installed already, if not, at least have Term-vt100 installed - you need to be able to change permissions.

    Changing User Agent
    A lot of the sources are only viewable by Installer, use User Agent Switcher to tell fool the site.
    Firefox - Tools - User Agent Switcher - Options - User Agents - Add
    Use AppTapp Installer/3.0b8 (iPhone) as user agent, and enter something you'll reconise in the description. click OK, and then choose to use the newly created user agent.
    (Remember to switch back to Default when you're done.)

    Now you should be able to view the info for most of the sources. (I can't manage to get Ste display the repository xml... help?)

    "Reading" the Sources:
    The sources should show up as something similar to this:
    Code:
    <key>category</key><string>Network</string><key>date</key><string>1195425549</string></dict><dict>

    		<key>bundleIdentifier</key>
    		<string>com.googlecode.iphone-wireless.applications.Stumbler</string>
    		<key>name</key>
    		<string>Stumbler</string>
    		<key>version</key>
    		<string>0.04.1189413695</string>

    		<key>location</key>
    		<string>http://conceitedsoftware.com/iphone/zips/Stumbler.zip</string>
    		<key>size</key>
    		<string>32051</string>
    		<key>description</key>
    		<string>Working Wifi stumbler for iPhone.</string>

    		<key>url</key>
    		<string>http://iphone-wireless.googlecode.com</string>
    		<key>scripts</key>
    		<dict>
    			<key>install</key>
    			<array>
    				<array>

    					<string>CopyPath</string>
    					<string>Applications/</string>
    					<string>/Applications</string>
    				</array>
    			</array>
    			<key>uninstall</key>
    			<array>

    				<array>
    					<string>RemovePath</string>
    					<string>/Applications/Stumbler.app</string>
    				</array>
    			</array>
    		</dict>
    You mostly just need to pay attention to:
    <key>description</key> - description of the app
    <key>location</key> - download the zip file
    <string>CopyPath</string> - this tells you where to put the files inside that zip.

    - If Firefox pops up a download box, tell it to use WordPad to open the site. If the page shows up as a jumble of text with no line breaks, view source.

    Installing
    All you have to do is extract the files in the zip, go to the location(s) specificed in CopyPath, and upload he fiels.
    Most of the time, it'll be something like /Applications/ for apps, /Library/SummerBoard/Themes/ for themese. But things like PHP, Apache, etc will have several folders that goes into different places.

    And then use Squid to change the permission of the app file to 755 (Owner-read, write, exec, Group & Others - Read and Exec)

    Go to SummerBoard - restart spring board to see the newly installed apps.
    (if you haven't got summer board installed, change some settings in Customize would work too, or just restart ipod)
