If you are on a Mac, download InstallerApp from RipDev.
You can download jailbroken apps from your computer and add the to your
    iPhone via USB.

First look for the app you are looking for in the .deb format.
    Place it in /private/var/root
    Then use terminal and type

    su - enter

    alpine - enter

    /\ if using mobile terminal

    dpkg -i/private/var/root/WinterBoardxxx.deb - enter

It will then install the app. Respring and your good to go.

Doesn't this include the use of wi-fi? Just asking because I am also interested in installing apps without wi-fi... I am on Windows.

    Download a program called "Cyder".

Search for 'cyder cydia' or 'cyder iphone' in google

I found it just by searching on Google...

I wouldnt suggest talking about it on here as it will result in you getting banned (being neutral here).

I think i just searched on how to install .ipa files and found the answer in a couple of pages of search replies.

You need Wifi in order to transfer the files via SSH or apps.
Unless you download Discover, and program a an app to depackage the file (or use terminal).
