I downloaded a couple packages, "All sources" and "Add famous sources", together they both added abunch of crap sources that are broken and overwhelming for installer. However everytime I delete the packages/remove all the sources, they come back when I restart installer.

No, uninstall the sources packages and delete the sources if they are still there.

You mean, uninstalling the sources packages from the uninstall in installer? Then deleting the sources? Have you tried deleting /var/mobile(1.1.3/4)root(1.1.2 and down)/Library/Installer/RemotePackageSources.Plist via ssh? there is a guide on how to use ssh in the apps forum.

Yes, I've tried uninstalling the packages and removing them from the sources list. I have 1.1.3 so you want me to delete that entire directory? I've deleted that playlist file in the past because I had the installer not starting problem.

I'm not sure if that will have an effect because Installer reads a plist outside of the app's folder.

Is there one playlist file I can delete that will remove all the sources?
I found it and it works..however now I get the main execution script failed error. Oh well, I've got time to fix it.
