Well at first it worked very well, installed like 15 apps in a row, but somehow now whenver I try to install anything, it says"package download failed"

I have space in my apps thing, a Wi-fi connection and I don't understand whats wrong?

I also don't understand how to use winSCP, I tried putting my:
hostname: The IP adress on my Itouch
    Username: root
    Password: alpine

Am i doing something wrong? am i supposed to leave the port number at 22 and the private key file blank?

    Thanks for your help

Bosstool is already installed, but now when I try to download anything else from Boss or any other source, it doesn't work

And I followed the WinSCP guide, and I still can't get passed the login, I get this message:
    "Network error: Connection refused"

I really want to install Ishare so I can download Roms, is there another source I can try so that I can get Ishare?

Make sure you have OpenSSH installed and with BossPrefs or Services make sure it's tunred on. Make sure the protocol in Winscp is set to SFTP also. Port 22 is correct.

Make sure you clear your queue before you try installing anything else.

What is the error with iShare?

Try refreshing your sources. I just installed it with no issues.

What someone really needs to do is upload a perfectly good working version of there installer.app file.

when i install things they just bugger up and installer closes.

^^ yes please, i would rep them so much. Whats someone can do if anyone is willing is restore their ipod, get the installer off ssh and post it up here. if someone is willing to do that i would give them a years worth of rep.

You really need to jailbreak your ipod properly next time.

    Try to enter:

    chmod 4755 /Applications/Installer.app/Installer

If anyone PM's me with and email I can send a copy
