    Alright,
I've looked through many threads concerning Installer issues. None of them have seemed to help me.

Here's my problem, I updated my Installer. Now with anything I try to install/update I get a message that reads, "Package Download failed"

I tried everything to solve this problem. I've double checked that all my permissions were set to 755, I've tried removing the downloads from the queue and clearing the queue and re-adding them. Nothing has worked. Any help with this issue would be very appreciated. And if it makes any difference, I'm running on firmware 1.1.1

    Thanks.

I'd like to try and see if I can get around upgrading to 1.1.2
If anything, thats my last resort

Cause I'm afraid I'd screw something up with my iPod if I upgraded it.

Yeah, but I'm afraid I'd lose data and not be able to replace it.
