I can't open up installer anymore... I click the icon, it opens for a millisecond and then it shuts down. Whats wrong with it?

Can anyone upload the new installer app for me so I can override the installer I have now?

If you guys updated the installer then that might be your problem. There was another thread about this going on and someone uploaded their old installer.app. I had the same problem but I switched out my installer for the one on the thread and it started working. If you can't find it, I can upload mine for you guys later when I get a chance.

    Just FYI...

I have noticed a corrolation with the RemotePakageSources.plist file getting too large (too many sources) causing the installer not to fully launch. Eliminating some sources (duplicates, foreign language, etc.) will temporarily solve this problem, at least for me.

This file gets generated by the installer on a sources refresh. It is located in the /Library/Installer folder.

Hope this might help some of you!

Thats a good idea, but if they don't know how to edit that file then they won't be able to do it since their installer won't load. I'll upload my Installer.app through sendspace in a minute.
