Everytime you want to open installer again, you will have to delete that file again.
Remove some sources, as this problem is caused by having alot of sources.

hey guys... I just didn't want to open a new thread because I know there has been more than enough but, the thing is that, I don't know why, search is not working here for me... Anyway, I'm no noob, I'm had a problem with my installer last week so had to reinstall version 3.0 back. Fine, worked as a charm so far. Thing is, I notice there has been a fix for installer 3.1 so I want to upgrade to Installer 3.1 now. But I can't!!! I'm having that stupid error of not enough free space thing. That I should have at least 512kb free. I remember seeing a lot of posts abt this issue but can't find them. Can anyone give me a little help here? Thanks !!!

    delete some apps. Download bosstools
open it and run free disk space
    and check everything. =]
