I jailbreaked my 1.1.5 ipod touch yesterday and i was trying to install some apps from the installer on the ipod. I'm not sure if i need a REALLY good wifi signal or something, i mean i have 2 bars off my neighbor... safari is quite fast... installer gives me an error.
    any ideas?

well heres what i did to try and fix it on my own:
i HAD 1.1.5, but i downgraded to 1.1.4, restored to that, and jailbreaked using ZiPhone.
this time i went to installer WITH wifi and it installed some update for the installer, and it said it i have to restart installer... without a warning it took me to home screen.. my guess its attempt to restart installer. So i go back into installer and slowly it showed me the " donate " screen... i prefer to donate later

i clicked it, and nothing happened.. i click it again nothing... i press the home button.. nothing. my ipod froze. half an hour later the ipod goes to sleep. i go back into the menu, and try another app, and the ipod is incredibly laggy to launch it. then when i press the home button my ipod freezes again :|.
So how do i fix a laggy / freezing ipod?
P.S: last time i did NOT install the new installer because i didnt have wifi at the time, my guess being thats why it wouldnt install anything. but now i have a dif problem..
