    Hey, my buddy gave me his ipod touch so i can JB for him. He needs it tomorrow.

    So i have doe the same thing I've done 6 other times.

    Put it in DFU mode, restore it with iPod1,1_1.1.4_4A102_Restore

    atfer that is done, I use Ziphone and let it do its thing for like 3 mins, and then it done.

    So i go to the installer, and when I try to download a game it freezes. So I go to sources, update it and it restarts.

    I open installer, its good, then I click Install ( at the bottom) it wont go to the install page, it just freezes.

    Any help plz!?!?

    lot of freezing problems are cause by auto-brightness. go to settings and turn this off.

    just restore and rejailbreak it, or unistall installer and then reinstall it.

    Wow..

    Noobs...

    JK.. =)

    DO NOT RUN INSTALLER THE FIRST THING AFTER YOU RESTORE AND JB!!!!!. First, go type some stuff in contacts, play a song. That will initialize all the databases properly. After that, you can use Installer, which will then use the already created database instead of creating them wile its still running.

    you dont have to do that installer will work if its the first thing you use. the only thing is if you get a download fail you have to restart your ipod then it will work.
