Well, I finally built up the courage to hax my iPod Touch

. I do not know why I did not do it sooner. It was probably because I heard PowerPC Mac users were having issues with some of the commands iPHUC/SSH was giving to the iPod Touch. But then I saw the WIKI tutorial got updated, with a new link to a PowerPC-compatible iPHUC. I hope Apple does not add too many great features in their next firmware update

    Anyways, my question is:

Is it safe to say that most of the Applications in the Installer.app repository will work with the iPod Touch? I know Summerboard will not work without a few modifications, but is that the only Application that is not directly compatible with the iPod Touch?

Also, if I install an Application that does now work, can I easily remove it, or will it refuse to boot, therefore causing me not being able to access it through SFTP to remove it?

    Thank you for your response.

many of the apps work fine. the ones that dont will either not show up in SpringBoard, or will launch then immediatly crash. you can always return to installer to remove the programs.
