INstaller 4 apps dont show up?

    i download them from installer, but they dont show up on my springboard. The task will run, and then will be over, i even try respringing, bbut to no evail

    i have a 32 gb 2.0 jailbroken ipod touch with cydia and installer

    just use cydia to install apps. installer is so temporamental that it just isnt worth it.

    yea i realize that lol, but i wwas wonderin if i was doing something rong, like if i had a commandline left out or rong but w/e

    noo just do a full restart on ur ipod touch... i had the same problem .... just restart ur ipod

    that is one of the reasons that installer 4 pisses me off so much. i dont want to have to do a full reboot everytime i install an app. i like how cydia has taken a leaf out of app stores book and so unless the app your installing requires a springboard respring, a respring is not required (meaning that you can listen to music uninterrpted whilst installing apps) just let cydia to its spinny wheel things (the main one and the one in the status bar)

    None of you guys are making application Installers, so shut it. Installer 4 is in beta, so you can only expect varying problems from everyone. The majority of us got Installer because a fellow member leaked it. And? That just proves even more so that it's not ready for release.

    Knowing that, don't complain about it being a "failure". The bugs will be sorted out in due time.

    6 betas later and the bugs are still just as prevalent. and for your information the intstaller i got (beta 6) was from quickpwn for mac not leaked from someone.
