I installed the winterboard glass theme for my JB iTouch 2G but I hate the background they provided so I want to use my own background. Is there a way to do this?

Choose a wall paper by going to Settings>General>Wallpaper.
Then in WinterBoard check User Wallpaper and put it above your selected theme.
