Is this possible? I used a bootrom exploit (limera1n). Which guide should I follow and which ones are deprecated?

I also own an old iPod touch 2G 8GB MB model. Would that guide work for that iPod touch?

Oh wait, I got confused. I saw that guide was for 1G iPod touches, it seems like OpenIboot is a work-in-progress, so check the iDroid Status (if you want Android) here:http://www.idroidproject.org/wiki/Status. Or else you could use the ported version of Bochs on your 3G iPod. It'll be slow, though, as it's an emulator.

    Bochs for what? Android?

Running android has not been achieved through the iOS Bochs (yet).

Nope. You could download a very simple Linux image and then inserting it to Bochs

That's cuz I have an iPod touch 2G. Windows 3.1 did work for me, Linux just crashed. But for 3G'S and 4G'S I'm pretty sure they'll work

Wow all of you stop here. OpeniBoot is only for iPhone 2g, 3g and iPod touch 1g not for iPod touch 3g.
