So I go into the App Store, and omg, a new Facebook update! Version 3.0.1. So I download the update. Go back into the App Store, and, what's this? The update's still available, so I re-download it. Go back in there, and WHAT!? The update's STILL there? So I completely uninstall Facebook and re-install it. Go into the App Store, and OMG, IT'S STILL THERE! I rebooted, done everything, but everytime I go into the App Store, there's an update for Facebook that I can't get rid of. Anyone else got this problem or have a solution?

    Here's some screenshots:

The update still there, says it's "Installed":

Is it any harm to you? If the update is installed, who cares whether it still shows up.

Yes because there's an annoying "1" on the App Store icon and it happens every single time I enter the App Store. So, to not have the "1", I can't enter the App Store, which is rather irritable. Also, every time I update the app, my custom "Default.png" gets overwritten, making me have to SSH and replace it again over and over again. Thanks for the huge help.

I'm not gonna restore because the little "1" is annoying.
But if that's the only solution, guess I'll avoid the App Store.

Wow dude, not criticizing here, but can you just deal with it for awhile? It will go away after some other update comes up.

I hate those kinds of things too, where you update something and yet it still shows that an update is available. Happened to me wtih Cydia, annoying as hell. Just bear with it. Haha, restoring is the "silliest" solution i've ever heard, lol. It may work, yes, but that's like restoring your computer if you didn't like one of the icons it had on its OS.

Sign out of your App Store account (on the iPod touch) and then sign back in again.

You can do this by going to the bottom of the App Store page, clicking your e-mail address, and signing out.

Didn't help in the slightest, but thanks for the suggestion.
