I am getting a new iphone 3gs in a few days and i have come to the conclusion that these are the best 2 cases. I was wondering what you guys think, and if you think there is one better than both let me know. I am looking for a case that will provide some solid dropping protection. My friend claims to have dropped his from 5 feet with the incase and its fine.thanks.

If you want protection, go for the Rebel Capsule. The colours on it look good too. If you want practicality over protection, go for the Incase Slider. They both look good in my opinion, but offer different levels of protection.

If you have a screen protector not on perfectly the slider may not be the best.

Agree'd. When you have any kind of cover on your phone, Such as An Invisible Shield, Screen protector, BSE (Best Skin Ever), Etc... The phone cannot and will not fit into the Incase Slider. Even though the covers are extremely tiny, It still won't fit.

Anyways, I say get the Black Incase Slider.

No I mean just the screen even though what you said is true. Because it might make air bubbles

Other; These cases have no protection over the power and ringer buttons.

    I prefer cases which do.

I have the incase slider case, and its just amazing.

I dont really drop my iPhone, but the case feels sturdy enough for drops... and its slim and look nice to boot.

thanks guys i've decided on the rebel, based on the fact that the incase is harder to have a screen protector on and i saw "thisiphoneguys's" test drop vid where he drops it from 22ft and iphone is fine. and incase breaks.
