    Hello...
I'm new to this forum but I pretty much joined because I need some help with jailbreaking my ipod touch.
I just downgraded my ipod 3.1.3 down to 3.1.2 and now I'm trying to use blackra1n to jailbreak it.
The problem is; every stinkin' time I try to run blackra1n, I get a notice that says something like "ASL.dll not found". I just hit ok, then hit the "make it ra1n" button, but then it says there was an error an asks me to send an error report. So after that it just closes. So what am I doing wrong here? It's so frustrating and I need some help... Oh and I'm using Windows XP.
(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum or something)

You need the Blackra1n for iTunes 9.1

Thanks for your help. BUT I just found an easier way to fix it without downloading anything else. I just went to My Computer>Presario(C : )>Progam Files>Common Files>Apple>Apple Application Support and then I found the ASL.dll and dragged the desktop icon for blackra1n onto it. Then I right clicked to make a new shortcut for blackra1n for the desktop.. And voila, it worked!

you just need to put black rain in a certain folder

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

just put black rain in that folder then it would work
