Hey, I'm about to send my Touch 16 in for repair/replacement as the Wi-Fi and Battery have gone haywire (even on clean restore).

Was basically just wondering whether the restore will clear all traces of Jailbreak or are there some nooks and crannies I need to see into before I let it go?

    Thanks!

A Fresh Restore Puts it in back into Factory Settings... Its as fresh as can be.
    Good luck

Well yeah restoring your ipod returns it to factory setting so in theory it likes have a new ipod (Just the firmware, not like physically lol). So theoretically no, it's not traceable.
