    No please dont make in app purchases for Cydia!
    app store in app purchases are already pretty annoying and greedy ass
    if you want to sell well, give the users a full version not in app BS

    just my 2 cents

    I know how to set up a repo but I need to setup Xcode so that when I hit the download button it downloads and autoinstall a .deb file. Just like installs does with a .ipa

    In-App purchases would be the one, easy way to avoid piracy. Any developer should definitely incorporate In-App purchases for a free version to unlock the full version.

    Also, don't ever call a developer greedy, until you yourself make an application worthwhile AND try to make money off it. Right now you just sound like a whiney little kid who doesn't pay for anything.

    Here's some simple download code.

    [objc]
    -(void)downloadFromURL

    Please Register or Log in to view images

    NSURL *)url{
    NSData *data = [NSData dataWithContentsOfURL:url];
    name = [NSString stringWithFormat

    Please Register or Log in to view images

    "temp"];
    NSString *file = [NSString stringWithFormat

    Please Register or Log in to view images

    "Documents/Installer/%@.zip", name];
    NSData *temp = [NSData dataWithContentsOfFile:file];
    [data writeToFile:file atomically:YES];

    if(temp == nil){
    NSLog(@"Error file doesn't exist at location");
    NSLog(file);
    }
    else{
    NSLog(file);
    }
    }

    -(IBAction)Download{
    [self downloadFromURL:[NSURL URLWithString

    Please Register or Log in to view images

    "http://site.com/file.zip"]];
    }
    [/objc]

    I meant he could help you with this, as it is his field of expertise
    Theoretically it should work that way...
    But no, some people (devs) abuse of the system, they release tiny little bit of features/updates as in app purchases. I wouldn't complain at all if they provided a free app version and then you pay ONCE on the in app purchase section to unlock the FULL app not just some fragments of it, kinda like ngmoco is doing
    You coming in here insulting and judging me, just puts your objectivity into question, and makes you look like an immature kid. I don't mind paying for apps i like that are worthy, but the idea of milking users by one in app purchases at the time, not being sable to just unlock the full version its wrong

    You need in app purchase to stop piracy? Sure go for it, unlock your full app as an in app purchase Perfect! but don't abuse the feature focusing mainly on money by releasing tiny paid fragments. Concentrate on what actually matters make a good quality app price reasonably and people will sure buy it.
