So I have an iPod Touch 2G ad I have it synced with my Mac. I just got a Windows Laptop and I want to add the songs from the Touch into my iTunes library. Is there a program that does this? iDump doesn't seem to work with iPod Touch. . .

just use a flashdrive or a harddrive to put the songs from your old laptop to your new laptop.

? isn't it possible to select in iTunes to manually organise your Media on iPod? (after connected in iPod Touch's overview page of itunes)

Then you can just drag and drop songs from your ipod to your library...
    Isn't that possible?

You could use SharePod or something similar.
