I was all of the sudden thinking of something really weird that could work after remembering how Steve was saying that the MacBook Air was "built for the wireless world". The idea was wireless video out. Now by now I know you're thinking that its such a stupid idea and will never work. You're also probably wondering why I posted this in this section. Well, I'll explain: I was thinking that if we can somehow get video out in App Store applications that we can develop an application that uses Apple's integrated Screen Share function to receive video from a Mac via Wi-Fi and then we plug an AV Cable into the iPod and TV or other receiving device and the iPod outputs the received stream from the Mac to the TV. I know that audio works on Screen Share however, I'm not sure if it works good enough to output in a good enough quality for movies and videos as I've only used it over the internet with someone else. The only problem I see here is getting AV Out working on an app other than MobileMusicPlayer.app. If nobody has figured out how to use Screen Share over Bonjour without a Mac yet than we can still use VNC as it is also included in Screen Share. Can anybody comment about this?
