Important for all you users with cydia

    If all your apps disappeared with the Categories folder you made.

    If you did use categories to organize your apps, you can try to make them appear by

    Going to Settings>General>Restrictions>Enable Restrictions
    Create a passcode and confirm it.
    Now Disable Restrictions. (and confirm your passcode).

    You should get your apps back.

    or you could just download poof, all categories does is hide the apps
