Does anyone know if we will have iMovie for the iPad? Today it was shown that it will be available for iOS 4, but I don't like how the iPad x2's everything! It will look very unprofessional!

    So what does everyone think?

I'm sure they will make it iPad compatible before the final release.

It will run on the iPad for sure, iPhone 4 is basically a smaller iPad (Same hardware), but I'm unsure about the full screen hacks.

Of course not. iPad doesn't have a camera, there is no point.

Its not gonna happen on the iPad, and just to dash all hopes for the other phones, I just heard on the engadget podcast that it will only happen on the iPhone 4.

I hope it doesn't happen (not until the iPad 2 or something) because I already wasted about $60-70 on iPad apps.

Agreed. Whats the point without a camera? Though, if it gets a camera eventually, iMovie would be pretty amazing on the iPad. The hole iLife suit would be pretty sweet actually.

You can transfer photos/movies to iPad, and im sure iMovie will be better on iPad compared to small iPhone screen, so i guess people will do this.

I'd get the camera adapter if there was an iPad version of iMovie. But right now, there is no point for me to get the adapter.

I sure hope it comes to the iPad. Maybe it will be compatible with the Camera Connector kit, allowing you to import video, photos, and music from an SD Card or from your iPad... that would be SHWEET.
