Well, you could put your hopes on Mac OS X 10.5.2 Update....

Sorry, I'm not in leopard...... YET.

    Today is the day!

    thanks.

well, I feel positive that this will fix your crash and you could report this to apple if you'd like.

This will come I don't know, and the download is a whopping 1.2GB!

and the leopard upgrade, I thought it was a piece of cake, but it was rather a rape simulation

I have come back and found ways that might help.

    Just try them

-Open disk utility (located at applications>Utilities) click on Macintosh HD and repair disk permissions
    -don't close disk utility yet
    -Verify disk
----------------------------If it says it needs to be repaired
-get your Mac OS X leopard installation disk
-no, were not going to install leopard again, just something simple
-at the menu bar, find disk utility again and repair disk.
