Create a folder and name it something like "Carrier". inside that folder create a folder called "Folders" and inside that folder make another folder called "SpringBoard.app" inside that folder make 2 image files
    Default_CARRIER_IPOD.png &
    FSO_CARRIER_IPOD.png

Those files should be 25-55 x 20 pix...... you can use whatever you want for those images. Upload the "Carrier" folder to your root/private/var/stash/themes.xxxxx folder. you can then go into winterboard and activate the theme....

Did you create a folder inside the Themes folder called Carrier? The whole address should be:

    root/private/var/stash/themes.xxxxx/Carrier/Folders/SpringBoard.app/Default_CARRIER_IPOD.png

Make sure you have the caps in there as well for your folders.

One is for the home screen & a few others the other is for the darker screens... safari I think is one.

Don't forget to activate it in WinterBoard
