iMac: i5 or i7?

    No way i am never going to buy a PC. No matter what OS it runs.

    The i7 does have hyperthreading... And in the future i'm sure that will be helpful, so i will just go ahead and buy it.

    are you kidding? why not just spend all your money on a apple monitor, keyboard, and a mightymouse and just hide the tower. then you only see the mac portion.

    I have the 24" iMac, bought it about a month before they came out with the 27" i5 and i7 models... sucks... but definitely go for the i7. Always go for the best and save yourself the regret in the future.
