Alright, well Im thinking of asking for an Ipot for christmas... But I have a few questions

Is it worth it to pay the extra 100 dollars to get the 16 gig? Im going to be putting a lot of games on it if that makes any difference.

How do the GBA/NES games run on it? And is there a possibility of SNES? I know quite a few games I like on there.

Whats the speed when running apps? Slow ? Normal? Lagless?

    Hows the internet browsing?

And do you ever get used to the typing?

    Thanks in advance.

The extra hundred dollars is definatly worth it, double the memory for a hundred dollars, is a very good deal
The NES games run pretty nicely, but can be a little buggy, im unsure on a SNES emulator but a Gameboy one has been released at a beta stage.
The speed of running apps is pretty seamless, 1.1.2 firware irons out any lag problems from the previous firmware in my experiences.
The internet browsing is amazing better than using a laptop or computer its so innuative and so simple to use and a complete joy.
The typing although not perfect is fine for notes, calendar additions and general browsing, so yeah the typing is good aswell.

Good Luck with your iPod and go for the 16gb definatly !

I think paying an extra $100 for a double in memory is a rip off. Do you pay an extra $100 to get an extra gig (GB) for your camera? NO. iPods have always been overpriced. But somehow, I don't know how, jailbreaking makes it worth it.

Camera memory and iPod memory is apples and oranges. The reason it's worth the $100 to get double the memory is that you cannot upgrade the Touch later on. If you ever want things like Java support and Flash you'll be glad you have the extra 8G of memory

No probs. Im from England and we have to pay 70 pounds for double the memory which is about 140 dollars, so when your ranting about the already ridiculous price, spare a thought for the Europeans! Ha.
