When I click on the installer "refreshing sources" pops straight up before I can do anything. It wont get any progress no matter how long it sits there. I have to hit the home button a couple of times to get back. Any help?

Actually, there's two things you can try:

    1) Turn off Wi-Fi on your iPod Touch and then go to Installer.app. It should then allow you to got to the Sources tab and delete any sources that may be causing you problems.

    2) You can SFTP into your iPod Touch, pull down the plist file, and edit out any sources that may be causing you problems. Backup the file before you do this in case you mess something up. File can be found at ~Library/Installer/PackageSources.plist
