@#%&!!!! My retarded cousin dropped my iPod in the bloody toilet, so I turned it off real quick, because apparently the Ipod would work after a while if you dry it and blowdry it with cool air. It wont turn on after a 3 days of not turning it on, blow drying it for 30 minutes a day and praying craploads.

Would Apple's warranty cover this? I didn't buy the extended one, I bought it in January and it's jailbroken. They can't tell its jailbroken if it won't turn on rite...?

IPTF's PLEASE HELP ME OR I WILL PROBABLY COMMOT SUICIDE WITH A PHAT SAMURAI SWORD.

No, Apple doesn't cover water damage. Tell your cousin he owes you a new iPod.

There is a strip inside the headphone jack that changes color if it touches water. If you fished it out quickly, that might not have happened, and Apple will not know it was water damage.

Putting an ipod in rice for a few days (the more the better) works, but it is a little late now

Put it in a bowl of dry uncooked rice WITH CERAN WRAP OVER THE BOWL!

Then take out after 2 days, blowdry.. and try to turn on.

Dump it in a bag of rice, for about a couple weeks.
I don't suggest turning it on that much, water damage might screw the circuits.
