I just pwnd my ipod with winpwn. It said it successfully pwned it, but the apple logo still comes up on reboot. Did it screw up, or did he just leave out the custom image for the beta? Im currently making a custom restore so i guess I'll find out in about 20 minutes, but is this normal?

Pwning just allows you to have the custom firmware on your iPod.
After you build the custom ispw, if you select it, it has the custom bootlogos on that. The boot logos do not come from pwning itself.

Once you load your custom firmware onto your iPod through itunes, it will have the custom logos.

I don't think you get the custom image until you restore it with the custom image

yeh, you dont get a custom boot logo until you restore with fw made in winpwn. That guide is for pwnage for the mac, pwnage gives you the pwnapple logo but dont think winpwn does because the same thing happened to me until i restored with a custom fw
