Well.. I have been on 1.1.4 for ages now... and its great but I am starting to feel the lack of fun from being behind everyone else.

I have the 2.0 (normal) firmware so I was thinking to just go and do a 2.0 jailbreak, do you guys recomend that? or should I attempt to get he very latest ?

Thanks man, could you check what im about to type here and tell me if im going about it right?

Im on 1.1.4 at the moment so 1st I will restore my ipod in itunes?
I have just downloaded the iPod1,1_2.0_5A347_Restore.ipsw so then I update through itunes by locating this file?

Then I use winpwn and use this file ? Custom-iPod1,1_2.0.15B108_Restore.ipsw
And then I should be at 2.0.1 jailbreak?

or am I wrong... im quite confused

I would recommend jailbreaking 2.0.2, i used quickpwn and all i needed was a copy of 2.0.2 and it went really quickly, no restore, and i havnt had one problem

Unless your on a mac or whatever

Why not just play with 2.0 unjailbroken for a bit? Try the new App Store apps for a while.
